Wandr meal-plans are designed for wherever you are. We deliver to corporate offices across Dubai’s main business districts, to co-working spaces, and directly to your home—whether it’s for daily subscription, a one-off family dinner, or an event (birthday, small team offsite, nutrition workshop). We’ll work out a delivery cadence that fits your schedule: daily, every other day, or a bulk drop at the start of the week.
Yes—our whole philosophy centers on nutrition with intention. Tell us your goal (e.g. weight loss, muscle gain, gut health, energy boost, blood-sugar balance) and we’ll adjust portion sizes, macronutrient splits, and ingredient selections accordingly. While Wandr doesn’t simply ship calorie-counted tubs, we do provide macro guidance if you want it. Every plan includes a breakdown—calories, grams of protein, fats, and carbs—so you can log into your tracker or fitness app. If you prefer a looser “mindful eating” approach, we’ll happily dial back the numbers and focus on whole-food variety and portion control instead.
